Key to making cycling safer and attractive is the development of a safe, efficient, and convenient network of cycle tracks. The network should cover key urban corridors, including arterial roads and expressways. Implementation phasing will prioritize streets near rapid transit corridors as well as streets within the coverage area of the bicycle sharing system.
